Come and enjoy Paris this summer! (Part 1)

You might think that France’s capital would lose some of its cultural appeal in the summer… but nothing could be farther from the truth!

All sorts of activities are on offer to help you enjoy the long sunny days and warm summer evenings to the full: sport, culture, relaxation…

Here is a round-up of the things we think you shouldn’t miss.

Bastille Day – 14 july

Come and watch the famous military parade along the finest avenue in the world, the Champs-Elysées, to the Place de la Concorde. In the evening, the barracks open their doors for the traditional firemen’s balls (be aware that some may take place the evening before). Additionally, there will be a huge classical music concert at the Eiffel Tower before the giant fireworks display after dark.
